What is this, College Board? You tell me to “Check back on July 1 for your full score report, with detailed analysis!” Well listen up, you rejection-mongering marketing weasels: it is July 1st in the Eastern Time Zone, the same timezone as the Ivy League and the most selective colleges in the United States–yet the score report(s) are not up. This stirs in me a terrible anger!
This will be updated with more junk later today, when the score reports are finally up.
Update:
Okay, here we now have new numbers.

For the “baseline” comparison, here are the averages:
The two highest scoring listening tests are two different language tests, can you guess which ones? Don’t bother, I’ll show you. These are, remember, the averages: Chinese with Listening: 758, Korean with Listening: 752. Interesting? Certainly doesn’t work too hard to banish any stereotypes, sadly.
Perhaps they’ll eventually give out state percentiles which will make me feel better or worse; I don’t know. Again, I’d like to see some other simple data on the scores that College Board does–medians would be nice.
