It is light-hearted and blatantly self-conscious and sends a message that Yale is place where people can not only learn, but have fun and be creative as well. It seems like the students and alumni who are behind the video view their college with a lot of affection, and that's persuasive. Nice Job! Plus it's creative, fun, and not stodgy. I think they did a great job. It's pretty remarkable (and long at nearly 17 minutes). It certainly doesn't address the transparency you asked for in your "angry letter" a few years ago.
